Positions (3):

Experience Leader                Full-time beginning July

An Experience Leader is in charge of hosting and leading activations on and off the microphone. Each Elevate event is hosted with enthusiasm, authenticity, and crowd engagement. Our core strategy of Who is the Hero is of utmost importance for our hosts. When we emcee events, we are not the heroes. We strive to make our clients and the guests the center of the story. Our Experience Leaders are in charge of leading logistics, communicating details with clients and team members, and coordinating equipment needs during setup for events. Our hosts come to each event highly prepared and maintain a strong desire to serve our clients. In addition, each Elevate team member should fully adopt our vision: To help people and organizations live and lead at a higher level. This vision is at the core of who we are as an organization.

Responsibilities for an Experience Leader include, but are not limited to:

  • Organizing and executing event details
  • Creating event timelines and utilizing our systems to execute remarkable experiences
  • Communicating with clients and other team members
  • Participating and leading planning meetings
  • Practicing and developing microphone skills
  • Managing sound equipment
  • Innovating for various event elements
  • Traveling several times a month and occasionally on weekends
  • Leading events on-site for various activations around the country

 

Administrative Assistant                  Full-time beginning July

The Administrative Assistant role requires involvement in a variety of job tasks, including administrative work and office management. The Administrative Assistant will work alongside the President and Chief of Staff to push projects forward, execute tasks, create timelines and assist with team care. This role requires high follow through with tasks, strong email communication skills, and a passion for our vision: to help people and organizations live and lead at a higher level. We want to hire someone for this role who is motivated to collaborate with the team and enjoys interacting with clients. In addition, all Elevate team members play a role in attending and working events. Events are our business, and this role requires behind the scenes work, as well as time spent boots on the ground. 

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant role include, but are not limited to:

  • Office management
  • Assisting with invoices, organizing receipts and classifying transactions
  • Assisting with event logistics
  • Research for various events and projects
  • Errands and other tasks as needed by the President
  • Taking notes for client phone calls and following through with action steps
  • Emailing clients and representing our brand well
  • Working Elevate events

 

Logistics Lead            Part-time contract position: August-January

The Logistics Lead will play an important role in various Elevate events. This person will manage travel details, event logistics, and client communication. This roles requires high follow through with tasks, strong email communication skills, and a desire to make our core strategy of Who is the Hero come to life. We believe our clients are the hero, as we strive to make the logistics process easy and seamless for them. We want to hire someone for this role who will display a passion for why we exist and enjoys interacting with clients. In addition, all Elevate team members play a role in attending and working events. Events are our business, and this role requires behind the scenes work, as well as time spent boots on the ground.

This role is currently a contracted position, beginning in August and ending in January. However, there is potential for this role to extend beyond January if you are a good fit for us, and we are a good fit for you.

Responsibilities for the Logistics Lead role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing client relationships
  • Organizing travel details and dates on the Elevate calendar
  • Completing all tasks with our CRM system (InfusionSoft)
  • Coordinating travel details with the Chief of Staff and completing tasks quickly and accurately
  • Participating in weekly calls and meetings with our Elevate Experience Leaders

Schedule Expectations:

All current opportunities are full-time positions. Team members should expect to work from our office in Norcross, Georgia (no remote positions available at this time). In addition, all Elevate team members should expect to participate in Elevate events. These events may occur during the week or on weekends. Please stay flexible and be ready to serve.

Development Opportunities:

Elevate team members will receive development opportunities and professional experience. Team members will work on projects for some of our most important clients while learning more about the innovation process. Each team member will receive a professional development book that the team will read together, and have various growth opportunities.

Culture:

Team members are encouraged to be active and engaged participants in the Elevate culture. Elevate will provide culture opportunities throughout the year that all team members are encouraged to participate in.
