Our approach to create remarkable live events


Our team begins by hearing about you and your organization’s vision, mission and values. We are interested in WHO you are and how your organizational DNA is going to be infused into your event. We aim to discover what message or experience you desire to deliver to your team and how that will cause them to live and lead at a higher level. Once we assess your goals and objectives, we begin the Elevate Design Process that will bring your event to life.


We take our experience and couple it with what we learn about your organization. We call this the Elevate Design Process and each project we are a part of is a one of a kind experience. Our aim is to discover how to make your event uniquely YOU. Everything is considered from music style, interactive elements, attire of our team, Audio/Visual needs and other unique nuances that come into play. The pace of our process varies for each event depending on our team’s level of engagement.


Following the listen and design phase of your event, it is time to activate your idea. Delivering the experience you want to create is of upmost importance to us, so we produce events that are excellent and authentic.
